Shipping 

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving. If a shipping delay exists, we will notify you as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday – Friday.  

Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. Shipping cost is calculated during check out based on the delivery zip code entered. We offer standard and express shipping. Shipping is free for local pick up at our warehouse in Fairfield, NJ.  

Returns 

We provide refunds only for canceled orders and defective products purchased directly from our website: rti-rope.com.  If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer (not to us) subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer’s refund policy. RTI Corp. has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. If a product is deemed by RTI to be defective, we will refund the purchase price to the credit card on file.   

How long do I have to request a refund? 

You have fourteen (14) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund.  After that, RTI will not process a refund request. 

How do I request a refund? 

Please call customer service in the U.S. at 1 (973) 287-6458 or email to sales@rticorporation.com for assistance.  Please have your order number and the credit card you used to make your purchase handy. 

How is my refund credited? 

All refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the product.  

Items Returned by Mail:  If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days of our receipt of your return.  This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.   

Shipping Charges:  Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
